Follow the steps below to install your eSIM on your device. Motorola.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection before starting the installation, ideally using a Wi-Fi network or a strong 4G/5G signal.

Before traveling (installation):

Open "Settings" on your mobile device

In Settings, select the "Network & Internet" option and go to"Mobile Network".

Add a carrier

Go to "Advanced" > "Carrier" and within this menu, select "Add Carrier".

Or click on "Download your SIM"

Scan the QR code you received via email

Once your phone detects the eSIM, press "Start" to complete the installation.

Turn off the eSIM before traveling

If you're not traveling yet, we recommend turning off the eSIM and turning it back on once you arrive at your destination. You can do this on the "Network & Internet" > "SIM Cards" menu.

Turn off your primary SIM to avoid unwanted charges from your local provider and turn on the DatosdeViaje eSIM.

Enable Data Roaming IMPORTANT!

Make sure "Roaming" is turned on. You can find this option by going to "Network & Internet" and then to "Mobile Network".

After your trip

Re-enable your primary SIM, and then you can deactivate or remove the DatosdeViaje eSIM.

We recommend not to remove the eSIM, so that you can top it up for your next trip, avoiding the need to reinstall a new eSIM.

How to top-up your eSIM if you run out of data

If you registered an account with us:

Go to our website and navigate to the 'My eSIM' section.
Log in with your username and password.
Select the eSIM you want to top-up and click the green button that says 'Top-up eSIM'.
Follow the top-up steps.
Enjoy your internet connection—no need to install a new eSIM with a QR code.

If you did not register an account with us:

Click on the 'Consumption' button provided in the email where you received your QR code.
Select the eSIM you want to top-up and click the green button that says 'Top-up eSIM'

Enjoy your internet connection—no need to install a new eSIM with a QR code.
