Follow the steps below to install your eSIM on your device. Samsung.

eSIM Installation and Activation Guide

Brand:

Make sure you have a stable internet connection before starting the installation, ideally using a Wi-Fi network or a strong 4G/5G signal.

Before traveling (installation):

Open "Settings" on your mobile device

In Settings, select the "Connections" option and go to "SIM manager".

Press "Add eSIM"

Then, select the "Scan QR code" option to begin the installation.

Scan the QR code you received via email

Scan the QR code we sent you via email and wait for your device to complete the installation process.

Turn off the eSIM before traveling

Keep your eSIM turned OFF and switch it back ON upon arriving at your destination. Press the button next to the eSIM to turn it on/off. You can do this in the "Connections" > "SIM manager"menu.

Upon arriving at your destination (activation):

Assign your mobile data to the new eSIM

In the "SIM manager" menu, press "Mobile Data" and select the new DatosdeViaje eSIM.

Turn on "Data Roaming" IMPORTANT!

Return to the "Connections" menu and go into the "Mobile Networks" menu. Turn ON the option labelled "Data Roaming" to activate your eSIM.

Turn off your primary SIM to avoid charges

Turn OFF your primary SIM to avoid unwanted charges from your local provider and activate the DatosdeViaje eSIM.

After your trip

Turn your primary SIM back ON, and you can either deactivate or delete the DatosdeViaje eSIM.

We recommend not to remove the eSIM, so that you can top it up for your next trip, avoiding the need to reinstall a new eSIM.

How to top-up your eSIM if you run out of data

If you registered an account with us:

Go to our website and navigate to the 'My eSIM' section.
Log in with your username and password.
Select the eSIM you want to top-up and click the green button that says 'Top-up eSIM'.
Follow the top-up steps.
Enjoy your internet connection—no need to install a new eSIM with a QR code.

If you did not register an account with us:

Click on the 'Consumption' button provided in the email where you received your QR code.
Select the eSIM you want to top-up and click the green button that says 'Top-up eSIM'
Follow the top-up steps.
Enjoy your internet connection—no need to install a new eSIM with a QR code.
